- Secure development training — OWASP Top 10, secrets management, dependency vulnerability management, CI/CD security (2-day intensive or modular)
- Cloud security workshops — AWS/GCP/Azure security configuration, IAM best practices, logging and monitoring (hands-on, based on your actual environment)
- Incident recognition & response — how to spot a breach, what to do, what not to do (law enforcement, communications)
- Phishing and social engineering — live demos showing how attacks work, followed by practical detection exercises
- Ongoing mentoring — weekly or fortnightly 1:1 sessions with your security-curious engineers
Day rate
From £1,000 per day. Coaching delivered in person (UK) or remote. Group sessions (up to 12) available at a day rate.
