Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. Because digital items cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been downloaded.

Before Downloading

If you have purchased a digital product but have not yet accessed the download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund before downloading, contact us at alvin@goodciso.org with your order number.

Eligibility for Refund (Before Download)

We may consider refunds before download in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the product (despite our best efforts to ensure compatibility)
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Significant discrepancy between the product description and actual content

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to decline future orders.

Consulting and Advisory Services

If you have purchased consulting or advisory services from Good CISO Limited, different terms may apply. These will be outlined in a separate contract or service agreement.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
